The CEO of 2Future Holding is Luís Felipe Neiva Silveira, Brazilian entrepreneur and investor, a native of Brasília, Federal District. Born on the 7th of January, 1980, Luís Felipe is graduated in Economy from the Centro Universitário de Brasília (UniCEUB).
His career started in 2004, managing his father’s cardiology clinic when he was 17 years old, and where he worked until he was 20 [years old]. He was then invited to join the board of employees at Empresa Gestora de Ativos (EMEGEA).
In 2006, he moved to the city of São Paulo where he came in his first job in the derivatives market of the Bolsa de Mercadorias e Futuros (BM&F), at the back office of Liquidez, a brokerage house considered [to be] the second biggest in its sector.
Luís Felipe worked at the brokerage house until 2009, when he started to make his own derivatives operations in the stock exchange. Two years later, he decided to go back to Brasília, where he concentrated efforts and founded a civil building construction enterprise, Dubai Engenharia, focused on residences from the Federal Government Program Minha Casa Minha Vida.
Parallel to civil building construction, he created Dubai Prestações de Serviços (2012) and started to make real estate credit operations to finance clients from the enterprise’s habitational portfolio. In 2013, the enterprise expanded its attendance to various building construction companies and [real estate] incorporations in three regions of Brazil.
In 2014, Luís Felipe realized the necessity of setting up the holding with a view to the future and the expansion of investments in the capital market and other sectors. In 2016, he launched Qriar Technology, an enterprise focused on cybersecurity and personalization of IT solutions to companies.
After a trip to the Silicon Valley, he decided to invest in HyperCubes, a startup that develops nanosatellites for soil analysis, and in OneSkin, a startup turned to technology applied in antiaging, both founded by Brazilians. The year 2018 was marked by the expansion of business to Portugal.
Another means that makes possible an investment in social causes is philanthropy. With the expansion of business, Luís Felipe came to make philanthropic donations in areas which he believes to be fundamental for social development. In 2018 and 2019, he made donations to hospitals located in Florida, United States. Also in 2019, he donated to a preparatory school north of Miami.
